We have been so very blessed, winning Certificates of Excellence for our 2 Community Houses and 2 Community Gardens. These moments of recognition could not be possible without our amazing team of volunteers and dedicated staff. Feeling very proud of this amazing team of ours. The land on which Deloraine House stands is Aboriginal land, home to the Pallittorre people, and a trader route for many others.
The traditional owners of this land were part of the North Nation and lived on the island of Tasmania for over fifty thousand years.
Deloraine House pays respect to the Tasmanian Aboriginal and Torres Strait people – the original owners and the continuing custodians of these lands.
