Our Affordable Rental is now ready for tenants!

Selection Criteria

1. This is a 3 bedroom fully furnished family home.
2. Subletting will not be considered.
3. Applicants must be eligible for Social Housing and be on the Social Housing waiting list for a significant amount of time.
4. Preference will be given to low income applicants.
5. Rent will be means tested and vary between $400 – $450 per week
6. 2 weeks rent in advance
7. Bond equal to 2 weeks rent.
8. $200 Pet Bond
9. 3 monthly inspections with first inspection 6 weeks from rental.
