Emergency Relief: We can help you with food, referrals, information or other types of assistance. Financial Emergency Relief is available, preferred by appointment Monday – Friday 10:30am – 1:30pm. Call the Deloraine House on 6362 2678 to make an appointment.
Help with Finances: Available through appointment with Anglicare by calling 1800 007 007 to arrange a meeting at Deloraine House.
Housing Connect: Anita can assist you with any housing inquiries. She can help you with Housing TAS applications and other not for profit housing organisations. She can also help with bond assistance for private rentals and supported accommodation. Anita can also link people in with other support services. Launceston Community Legal Centre: Free Legal Advice from a visiting Solicitor on matters of General law, Family law, Employment law, Disability Discrimination or Welfare Rights.

Legal Literacy Volunteers: Local friendly volunteers are trained to help you fill in Centrelink and Medicare forms, insurance forms, Power of Attorney forms, anti discrimination forms and much more. They can also help with passport applications, aged care transition papers, simple superannuation forms, small civil claims and many other things. They are available at Deloraine House by appointment only. Call the House for more information or to make an appointment.
Literacy/Numeracy help: Make an appointment with Anne-Marie phone or text 0417 120 671 or pop in to Service Tas. or the Library.
NDIS Baptcare Local Area Coordinator: Shirley will be at the house every Friday and can assist with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) related questions. Drop-in between 10am and 2pm or phone 1800 290 555 for an appointment.
NILS – No Interest Loan Scheme: Loans available for household items, education, health expenses and more. Anyone on any Centrelink payment can apply. Repayments are low. Contact the House for more information on how to arrange a loan.

Wise Employment: Bonny is available for appointments at Deloraine House every Friday. Call direct to book appointments on 6345 6700
